These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user or member ("you" or "member") and nanastoo.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the nanastoo platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the nanastoo platform immediately.

Nanastoo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our absolute discretion. Notice of changes will be displayed on the website, and you are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

To register and use nanastoo's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Nanastoo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) nanastoo account. During the registration process, you are required to:

Nanastoo offers a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for members in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed through encrypted payment channels and are typically credited to your account in under 30 seconds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to the registered member.
• Nanastoo does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment account must match the registered member's name.
• Any attempt to deposit funds through unrecognised methods or using fraudulent payment information will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Nanastoo reserves the right to delay or reject any deposit suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities. In such cases, nanastoo may freeze the relevant account and report the transaction to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the member.

Nanastoo is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Before the first withdrawal is processed, members must complete full KYC identity verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on the member's account level and verification status.
• Funds credited through promotional bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

In general, the following rules apply to all games on nanastoo:

• The member is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or misleading.
• The member failed to comply with an identity verification request within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

The nanastoo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, nanastoo does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

• Nanastoo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Nanastoo's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nanastoo is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.

Nanastoo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except in cases of emergency or immediate legal compliance requirements.

Continued use of the nanastoo platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
